1 technical characteristics
M2QA series three-phase asynchronous motor is designed by ABB 2000 series products, with || efficiency standards. Design and manufacture of motor with IEC 60034, IEC 60072, DIN 42673, BS 4999, GB 755, GB 10069 and Q/JBQS 27. M2QA series motor has good electrical and mechanical performance.
high efficiency
1.1KW-90KW 2P 4P motor in S1 operation system, the efficiency of M2QA series standard II level reached CEMEP-EU, has a good energy-saving effect.
Wide voltage design: up to 690V and can be used in 50Hz and 60Hz network.
Reliable winding: insulation materials imported new technology, can achieve F class insulation (B -80K Wen Sheng), to ensure the long life of winding.
Strong corrosion protection: motor through environment corrosion resistance design can maintain a longer life.
The bearing has high bearing capacity configuration: deep groove ball bearings, greatly extend the motor life. Cast iron motor 71-250mm high center equipped with life-long maintenance free bearings, 280-355mm motor as standard with oil hole.
Low noise level: by optimizing the electromagnetic and electrical design, improve the cooling system, and the structure is optimized to ensure the overall low noise level of M2QA series.
Additional winding protection: PTC thermistor can be added according to the customer requirements, thermal switch and anti condensation heating belt winding protection accessories.
2 Mechanical Design
Totally enclosed fan cooled IP55 design, protection grade and heavy load design, with strong corrosion resistance of cast iron material makes the M2QA series motor can adapt to the environment. The mechanical structure of the motor is very strong, the motor standard configuration of the drainage hole and plug center height of 280-355mm.
Flexible lead direction. Installation of the motor terminal box on top of the motor, left and right, the terminal boxes can be mounted for rotation, a rotatable connection box 71-132 4*90 direction. 160 and above the base terminal box can rotate in 2*180 direction.
The motor in the different environment and the application requirements of a variety of options, such as higher level of protection, insulation level, dust protection, sealing ring, rain proof device etc..
