 Main features

1 highly modular design: can be easily equipped with various types of motor or using other power input motor, the same model can be matched with various power, the combination of easy connection between models.

2 transmission ratio: Division of fine, wide range. The combination model can form a large transmission ratio, the output low speed.

3 installation: the installation location is not restricted.

4 high strength, small size: box made of high strength cast iron. Gear and gear shaft grinding process using gas carburizing and quenching, and thus the high carrying capacity per unit volume.

5 long life: the correct selection (including selection of appropriate use factor) and normal maintenance conditions, reducer (except wearing parts) of the main parts of life is generally not less than 20000 hours. Wearing parts including lubricants, oil seals and bearings.

6: low noise reducer main parts are machined, and through the assembly and testing, and thus lower noise reducer.
