This series of products replaces the original YB2 series explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor, and its efficiency meets the requirements of GB18613-2012 energy efficiency level 3 standard. This series of products use Siemens design technology, with excellent performance, safe and reliable use, low vibration, low noise, and other characteristics, and meet environmental requirements; Its production equipment adopts advanced CNC machine tools, advanced insulation structure design and manufacturing technology from Siemens, high-quality cold rolled silicon steel sheets, and high-quality bearings that have undergone strict quality testing and control.

The explosion-proof performance of 1MT0001 series motors complies with the provisions of GB3836.1-2010 Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres - Part 1: General Requirements and GB3836.2-2010 Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres - Part 2: Flameproof Type "d". Applicable locations:

-Ex d IIB T4 Gb is suitable for industrial use in Class II, Class B environments where explosive gas mixtures exist in the temperature group T4.

-Ex d Ⅰ Mb is applicable to underground coal mines (non mining working faces containing methane and coal dust explosion hazards).
