Wiring diagram (advanced E&G type applicable)

The following is the wiring diagram for the A510s advanced inverter model (◎ represents the main circuit terminal, ○ represents the control circuit terminal). The location and symbol of the wiring terminal block may vary slightly depending on the A510s model. Please refer to the instructions for the main circuit terminal and control circuit terminal descriptions

Remarks:

*1: Only 200 V 1~25 HP and 400 V 1~30 HP (inclusive) capacity built-in brake crystal models provide B2 terminals for the main circuit, which can directly connect brake resistors between B1 and B2.

*2: Multifunctional digital input contacts S1 to S8 can be set to Source (PNP, with+24V common) or Sink (NPN, with 24VG common) through switch SW6.

*3: Multifunctional analog input AI1/AI2 can be set to voltage command input (0~10V/- 10~10V) or current command input (4~20mA) through switch SW3/SW4. Please configure it with parameter 04-00.

*4: The safety input contacts SF1&SF2 can only be output normally when short-circuited to the SG inverter. When using safety input, be sure to remove the short circuit between SF1-SG and SF2-SG.

*5: When using the open collector input method, there is no need to connect external resistors in series due to the built-in pull-up resistor.

*6: AO1/AO2 preset 0~+10V output.

*7: RS485 terminal resistance switch. When multiple inverters are used in parallel, the last one needs to be turned on.

*8: Only 200V 3~40HP and 400V 5~75HP models are provided with P1 and P2 terminals, which can be externally connected to DCL between P1 and P2 terminals. When leaving the factory, P1 and P2 terminals are short-circuited.

*9: 200V 50~150HP and 400V 100~425HP models have built-in DC reactors.
